You’ll discover our facility is perfectly situated for any of your events. Our flexible set-up can seat as many as 180 in row arrangements, or we can provide roundtop tables for a more interactive option that can allow for as many as 96.

With a stage area, podium, and a modern sound system as well, you’ll find our Encounter facilty to provide the perfect platform for special meetings, conferences, and celebratory gatherings. 

We’re able to provide a full menu of catering options from snacks, lunches, to full dinners and can prepare for you just about anything you can imagine.

And since our staff includes those with many years of experience in managing events, you’ll find us to be the perfect liasison between your team and ours. 

We also have two other rooms to go with our master conference area that will work well for breakout sessions, training, or executive meetings.
